King Chiropractic is an Out of Network Practice.
We work to have an individualized treatment plan that is customized for you! Your treatment plan should not be dictated by insurance companies. Because of this, I am able to spend more time with you and get you feeling better, faster. Requiring less visits.

Short answer, yes. At your request.
Our clinic operates on a time-based fee structure. Fees are based on the length of the clinical encounter and the professional services provided during that time, not on individual procedures or billing codes.
Payment is due in full at the time of service.
We are not in-network with any insurance plans.
At the patient’s request, we may provide a superbill containing diagnostic and procedure codes for the purpose of patient-initiated insurance reimbursement. Submission of a superbill does not guarantee reimbursement and does not obligate the insurance company to pay.
Any reimbursement is solely between the patient and their insurance carrier. The patient remains fully responsible for all charges regardless of insurance outcome.
Fees are not adjusted, discounted, or altered based on insurance coverage, reimbursement amount, or claim outcome.

Dry Needling is the use of microfilament needles used to target trigger points in muscles and inflammation in joints and tendons by having a physiologic and neurologic effect on the soft tissues in the area the needles are used. I often use Dry Needling with Electrical Stimulation and this treatment method is very effective in treating a wide range of injuries/ailments. It is a $15 additional fee to your appointment cost.
